Stop Smoking Hypnosis

Radio personality "Crash" of Real Rock 101one in Orlando invites Stage Hypnotist Erick Känd into the studio to talk about using Hypnosis to stop smoking. Erick also does an interactive hypnosis "suggestibility test" for the listening audience. After the on-the-air interview, Erick hypnotizes co-host "LT" who is skeptical of her ability to be hypnotized.

Are your resolutions for this year more or less the same as those you had last year?

Or perhaps you had no special goals for 2006? If so, then you may wish to consider your goal getting strategies!

As I review my own progress for the year, I had four major goals I wanted to achieve for 2006. Now that 2006 is over, I’m happy to report that I achieved three out of the four. Even though I didn’t achieve everything on my list, it’s still a good thing because I set the goals high and still laid some groundwork to achieve my fourth goal sometime in 2007.

I believe it was Jack Caanfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books who said he didn’t complain about making $90,000 when his goal was $100,000… especially since he had made only $10,000 the year before. A nine-fold increase is not too shabby! Read More...
